On levels 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, Millhouse, Nelson and ralth are around the Level doing races. Millhouse will make you do a Circuit, Nelson makes you do a Circuit with 4 other cars and Ralth wants you to do a Really long race with more cars (Sometimes its 2 cars you race).
