Start a new game on Super Hero difficulty, then go to the Specials Menu, enter the Master cheat (Arachnid), and go to Level Select, skip to Conclusion (Not the fight at the bridge, but the one that says C-O-N-C-L-U-S-I-O-N) and select it. Watch of skip the movie (Your Choice!) and then go to the Secret Store, and the four difficulty characters will be unlocked.
